Bathroom Lighting Choices from Lamps Plus

Selecting The Perfect Bathroom Lighting

To me, selecting light fixtures is just as thrilling as picking out a pair of new shoes or earrings!  Actually, the process is VERY much the same. SO many choices, SO many colors, SO many styles, SO many price points, SO many brands, SO many stores…..you get the picture!  Similarly, I’m also equally as giddy about picking out lighting as I am jewelry!  I’m guessing, it’s just how my brain is wired,

When picking out a light fixture, the number of places to look and the amount of choices you have can make the whole process VERY overwhelming!  I decided to make it easy on myself for this project and focus my search efforts to Lampsplus.com . Lamps Plus carries hundreds of different lighting brands across all price points at the best prices!  PLUS,  I love their website because you can filter your search by 9 different criteria: color, brand, price, finish, sales, usage, type, specials, and size.  That’s a lot of categories to help you narrow down your search!

When I set out to design our bathroom, I knew that I wanted a fixture in a gold or brass finish to complement the new gray paint color.  So, I very easily refined my search by selecting “gold” finishes under the “bathroom fixtures” category and TONS of great choices came up! Additionally, I refined my search even more to adjust for price.
