Well, if you follow me on Instagram, you know that this past week was spent putting the finishing touches on our master bedroom makeover! Not only did we get to test out our new fan from Fanimation, but I also added new bedding, custom pillows, and a custom bench cover. I’ll start by showing you our new awesome fan from Fanimation….
Do you remember the UGLY fan we had in our room before?!? If not, here is the dreaded “before” picture again as a reminder…..
And this is our beautiful ceiling with the new Fanimation fan installed….

Drastic difference right?!? I find myself just laying in bed staring at the ceiling because our new fan is actually attractive and decent to look at! Who knew such a thing existed? I had given up and just accepted what I thought was a fact that all ceiling fans were ugly. NOPE, not with Fanimation fans!
MY REVIEW OF OUR FANIMATION FAN
- ATTRACTIVE- This fan looks exactly like the picture advertises. It’s sleek and very minimal so it really blends in with ceiling. Not invasive at all!
- GREAT FEATURES-This fan has 3 blade speeds so you can adjust how high you want the air current to be when it’s turned on. It also has different light levels as well, similar to a dimmer switch.
- REMOTE CONTROL- This fan comes with a sleek remote control which is great for use anywhere in the room
- WORKS GREAT- This fan works really well! The air current is so much stronger than our other fan. It cools our room down twice as fast!
This week I also changed out our bedding and added this new quilt coverlet from Laura Ashely USA….

This week I also picked up some custom pillows and a bench cover I had made by a local upholsterer with THIS fabric. He did an AMAZING job….

I absolutely LOVE this fabric and have some extra left over. I’m already scheming about what I can do with it next!
