Persian Rugs- My Review and Where to Buy Them

Persian Rugs bring a fresh, custom look to any space. They are a great way to add color, style, and warmth to a room without sacrificing durability or function.
Persian Rugs are my new favorite obsession in home decor. I used my first Persian Rug when completing our bathroom makeover for the One Room Challenge this Spring. Now, I’m absolutely hooked on Persian Rugs! I want to put one in every room of my house!
PERSIAN RUGS
When my friend and talented designer, Angeline of Angeline Guido Design, told me she would sponsor my rug for the One Room Challenge I was super excited! She has amazing taste! However, I have to admit that I was a little hesitant to try a Persian Rug for the first time. My reservations were that it wasn’t going to be comfortable on our feet, that it was going to be too expensive, and that my kids would ruin it! When she told me not only would I love it, but I would want to put a Persian rug in every single room in our home, I decided to give it a try. I am SOOO glad that I did….
REASONS WHY I LOVE PERSIAN RUGS
- VERY DURABLE- I am confident now that this rug can handle ANYTHING in our house! A dog, 2 kids, guests, aggressive vacuum, anything!
- BEAUTIFUL COLORS- the colors in Persian rugs are like nothing else I’ve ever seen in a rug. You’re just going to have to see for yourself to know what I’m talking about
- ONE OF A KIND- I love the fact that I will not see this rug in a bunch of other homes or all over social media. Each Persian Rug is one of a kind and made to be original
- CUSTOM SIZES- I looked and looked for the perfect size rug for this awkwardly shaped bathroom and everything I found was either too short, too long, not wide enough, or too wide. Persian rugs come in all different random shapes and sizes so it was very easy to find a Persian rug to fit this awkward space. They also come in very larger than normal sizes too, so if you are looking to cover up some ugly flooring, Persian rugs are your best friend!!!!!

Persian rugs are especially great if you have a neutral room and you want to add a pop of color or something eye catching to dress up the space. Just like in my powder bathroom, I went with neutral walls and cabinets so that I could “splurge’ a little bit, so to speak, on the floors!
I can’t tell you how many people have asked about this rug! It’s definitely a conversation piece!
I plan to add 3 more Persian rugs to our home soon.
